Solveig vil naturligvis også under smagningen fortælle om deres store arbejde med at producere champagnen, og ikke mindst om champagnehuset etablering.
En aften med mulighed for at få et godt indblik og indsigt i champagne fra en lille producent - der lave store champagner.
