Lær kunsten at arbejde med chokolade af en fransk chocolatier med mange års erfaring,og lav Jeres eget påskeæg med hjemmelavet indhold.
Efter en kort introduktion af de forskellige chokolader og tempererings metoder til at få blank chokolade med det helt rigtige "knæk", vil vi gå i gang med at lave 3 slags traditionel fransk chokolade.
I lærer også forskellige teknikker til at pynte, støbe og fylde chokoladeforme til påskeæg.
Chokoladeskaller som I har støbt og konfekterne bliver sammensat på forskellige måder.
Resultat bliver, at I får et originalt og personligt påskeæg i chokolade.
Kurset indeholder en pause, hvor der bliver serveret kaffe/te og lidt sødt.
Chokoladerne bliver pakket i æsker/cellofan, så i kan tage dem med hjem.

Der er maximum 8 deltagere per hold.

The first thing to do is check your spam/junk filters and inboxes. Your CHOKOLADE PÅSKEÆG tickets were sent as an attachment and can be thought of as spam by some email services.
