Dive deep into your self-leadership on this circling weekend where we will spend two winter days together immersed in sharing our experiences of the present moment.
If you have done circling before, this is a chance to go a few steps deeper. If you are new to circling, you are in for a treat!
The event takes place from 10.00 – 19.00 both days with a break for lunch. The venue is my home in Sydhavnen.
No previous experience with circling is required to participate.

ABOUT THE EXPERIENCE
Circling is a practice that revolves around connection, understanding and a deep authenticity between people. It involves bringing a greater awareness and appreciation into our connections with others by focusing on what is happening in the now.
By zooming in, slowing down and bringing a meditative like acceptance and awareness to what’s happening in the moment between us Circling creates an unexpected and powerful magic. This is deep work that impacts on multiple levels and at the same time is refreshingly simple and practical.
The practice enables the participants to get better in touch with their bodies and emotions, and being able to communicate your desires more clearly. It involves a growth in sensitivity and empathy with other people and can stimulate completely new experiences of being.

MY OWN STORY WITH CIRCLING
Circling is not a fixed practice that can be learned, which means that I consider myself to be journeying in this with the rest of you. These days my core focus is going deeper into surrender to the unknown and daring to be with my experience when I cannot explain it to myself.

PRICE
I have hosted free evening circling events for almost 2 years now and it feels quite vulnerable for me to start asking for payment. I have chosen to make the price dependent on income to make sure that everyone can participate – if you fall outside of these categories (ie. Have no income) feel free to contact me and we will figure something out. I also struggle to make prizing levels that make sense, as understandings of what “high” and “low” income means is terribly arbitrary, but trust that you probably have some idea of what I mean by these categories anyway.
No income to low income: 300,- (early bird: 250,-)
Low income to medium income: 600,- (early bird: 500,-)
Medium income to high income: 1200,- (early bird: 1000,-)
There will be sold a total of 15 tickets for the event. Early bird tickets can be bought until the 10th of january.

Mit arbejde handler om dét at relatere. Til sig selv, til andre, til samfundet og til naturen. Det handler om at opbygge intimitet med os selv og om at skabe et tillidsfuldt forhold til verden omkring os. Det handler om at kunne navigere kompetent i og leve med sandhed, kærlighed og frihed – intet mindre.
Min egen oplevelse og erfaring er, at jeg har brug for at øve mig på livet og at jeg har brug for hjælp for at kunne se alle de måder jeg går i vejen for mig selv på. Det virker sandt for mig at langt de fleste problemer jeg støder ind i og størstedelen af den modstand og smerte jeg oplever, er noget jeg skaber for mig selv. Det er også klart for mig at der er praksisser, der kan hjælpe mig til at komme bedre i kontakt med mig selv og dermed finde roden til forandring.
Mine kerneprakssiser er Tai Chi, Qigong, Circling og Kropsterapi men jeg arbejder også med, og er inspireret af, siddende meditation, dans, kontaktimprovisation, yoga, authentic relating og traumeinformeret arbejde generelt.

I have not received my Circling - Winter immersion ticket via email. What should I do?
The first thing to do is check your spam/junk filters and inboxes. Your Circling - Winter immersion tickets were sent as an attachment and can be thought of as spam by some email services. Alternatively, you can always find your Circling - Winter immersion tickets in your Billetto account that you can access in the browsers or the dedicated Billetto app. For more help with this, read here.

I wish to cancel my Circling - Winter immersion ticket and receive a refund. What should I do?
The approval of refunds is entirely at the event organiser’s discretion, and you should get in contact with the event organiser to discuss what options are available to you. If more tickets become available you will be notified (by email) amongst others who have joined the list. Purchasing is on a first-come first-serve basis. For more information, read here.

Where do I find a link to an online event?
Check your order confirmation page or order confirmation email. Usually, the organiser of the event provides the details in the order confirmation email or they might send you a follow-up email with a link to their online event.
