Lær alle hemmelighederne om at lave de perfekte citrontærter - ligesom i Frankrig.
I bliver undervist af en fransk konditorchef med mange års erfaring.
I lærer at sætte dejen rigtigt ned i ringen og bage dem på den franske måde.
Når tærterne er fyldt med creme, viser jeg forskellige måder at sprøjte marengs.
I får forskellige tylle og teknikker, og så kan I være kreative mht at pynte jeres tærter.
Kurset indeholder en pause, hvor der bliver serveret kaffe/te.
Jeres citrontærter bliver pakket i kageæsker, så I kan tage dem med hjem.

Der er maximum 8 deltagere per hold.
