På denne guidede to-timers tur besøger vi tre markante bygninger i den nordlige del af Ørestad. Alle tre bygninger – eller virksomhederne i dem – er kendt for banebrydende arbejde indenfor arkitektur, byplanlægning, miljø eller bæredygtighed. Vi kommer indenfor i lobbyen, hvor guiden vil fortælle om bygningens særlige arkitektur eller om, hvordan virksomheden arbejder med enten arkitektur, byplanlægning, miljø eller bæredygtighed.
Turen går først til Nordeas danske hovedsæde. Nordea er den største bank i de nordiske lande. Den 58.000 m² store bygning fra 2017 er tegnet af Henning Larsen Arkitekter og er bæredygtighedscertificeret på det højest opnåelige niveau, som er platin.
Dernæst vandrer vi videre til DR Koncerthuset tegnet af den franske arkitekt Jean Nouvel, der efterfølgende modtog Pritzker prisen, som svarer til Oscar indenfor film. Bygningen åbnede for publicum I 2009 og er især kendt for sin akustik.
Vi slutter turen med et besøg i Woods Augusthus, som er et nyt kontorhotel for især nye og små virksomheder. Det dynamiske hus er opført af det nordiske ejendomsselskab NREP, hvis fokus her har været på design, et fleksibelt interiør og effektiv udnyttelse af plads.
