På denne guidede to-timers tur besøger vi tre markante bygninger i den sydlige del af Ørestad. Alle tre bygninger – eller virksomhederne i dem – er kendt for banebrydende arbejde indenfor arkitektur, byplanlægning, miljø eller bæredygtighed. Vi kommer indenfor i lobbyen, hvor guiden vil fortælle om bygningens særlige arkitektur eller om, hvordan virksomheden arbejder med enten arkitektur, byplanlægning, miljø eller bæredygtighed.
Turen går først til HUB Nordic, som et en af KLP Ejendommes kontorhoteller i Ørestad. Intentionen bag HUB Nordic er at sikre, at både virksomheder og medarbejdere kan trives i nye og attraktive erhvervslokaler. Samtidig fungerer bygningerne som en del af det lokale fællesskab med butikker og caféer.
Dernæst vandrer vi videre til Rambøll, der er en global ingeniør-, arkitekt-, og rådgivningsvirksomhed. Rambøll opererer på tværs af 35 lande og arbejder med bæredygtige forandringer indenfor byggeri, transport, energi, miljø og sundhed, vand, management consulting samt arkitektur og landskab.
Vi slutter turen med et besøg i det betagende atrium i Copenhagen Towers/Hotel Crowne Plaza. Hør om det første CO2-neutrale hotel i Danmark og hvorfor det har vundet flere priser for sin bæredygtighed.
