    Description

Learn just how easy it can be to create a delicious and satisfying meal with a plant-based menu. With the right combinations of ingredients, such as veggies, nuts, grains, fruits and spices, don't be surprised if this vegan evening gives you a new perspective on meatless meals.

On Nov. 23rd, spend a social evening in the kitchen with four home cooks - from Denmark, China and New Zealand - who will guide participants through the making of an entirely vegan menu.

Cook & Talk: It's Time to Vegan is hosted by the Newcomer Service and Esbjerg International Community, and will be lead by four volunteer cooks - Wickie, Line, Stefanie and Xiaowen.

    ----

Cook & Talk is an evening led by home cooks, where every month you get the opportunity to try your hand at preparing food from around the world, meet other newcomers and treat your taste buds to authentic flavours from other cultures and cuisines. Volunteers plan the menu, do the grocery shopping and guide you through the cooking process, and participants pay a 50kr fee at the event to cover the cost of ingredients. Everyone shares and enjoys the dishes together.

Registration - Places are limited and all participants must register via Billetto. You can reserve up to 2 places at a time, and if you need to reserve more, simply repeat the process. Difficulties registering? Check out our quick guide to registration.

Cancellation Policy - If you are unable to attend you are welcome to find someone to attend in your place or please contact the event host to cancel your registration. To cancel, contact the organiser no later than 3 days before the event. Any cancellations received less than 3 days before the event will incur the 50kr fee to cover the cost of the pre-purchased ingredients.

Questions? Please contact the event host if you have questions or need assistance with registration.
