Cooper-Moore feat. Kresten Osgood & Elena Sétien (US/DK)
Som komponist, performer, instrumentbygger, underviser og arrangør har Cooper-Moore i årtier været katalysator for noget af den mest kreative musik på den amerikanske musikscene. Den egensindige og kompromisløse multi-instrumentalist har samarbejdet med profiler som Susie Ibarra, William Parker, Kidd Jordan og Darius Jones og har senest markeret sig med sit orkester The Digital Primitives. Cooper-Moore slog først sit navn fast som pianist i trioen Apogee, som bl.a. åbnede for Sonny Rollins på Village Vanguard i 1973. Efter en turné i 1981 smadrede Moore sit klaver med en lægtehammer og gik andre veje. Opfandt senere det særegne strengeinstrument 'diddley-bo'. I forbindelse med sidste års Musketer Festival i København optrådte han med den herboende spanske sangerinde Elena Setién. Det spontane møde udviklede sig til egentligt samarbejde. Denne aften skal vi således opleve det musikalske unikum folde sig ud i to duo-konstellationer med hhv. Elena Setién og trommeslageren Kresten Osgood, som i første omgang bragte Cooper-Moore til Danmark.

Maria Laurette Friis, Kresten Osgood og Dodebum, også kendt som Henrik Sundh, har tidligere krydset musikalske klinger i det nu hedengangne orkester Tys Tys. Nu har de tre igen fundet sammen og skaber her en grænsebrydende vokalmusik, hvor vilde energiudbrud, inderlighed, skønhed og galskab går hånd i hånd.
