Long Tall Blues Evening i Gimle...
Chicago blues og storby soul er kernen af repertoiret i Nisse Thorbjørns rutinerede kvartet, men der krydres også med afstikkere til Delta Blues og andet Americana. Bandet har 8 år på bagen og bliver flittigt brugt som backing af diverse blues headlinere fra især Chicago når de besøger Skandinavien.
Nisse Thorbjørn, som har vundet prisen for Årets Danske Bluesnavn, spiller sammen med Rune Højmark der har været med hele vejen fra start.
Kvartettens trommeslager Michael Strange har blandt andet medvirket på Jamie Cullums udgivelse "Thirty something" der gik verden rundt. Bassen bestrides af Kristian Bast, som er fremragende på sit instrument.
