Donald Trumps tidligere rådgiver, den kontroversielle politiske strateg, Steve Bannon, er emnet for (og skurken i) mesterdokumentaristen Errol Morris’ nye interviewfilm. Udgangspunktet er Morris' politiske uenighed med Bannon, mens rammen for interviewet er det klassiske Hollywood, der har formet Bannon både som filmproducent, politisk rådgiver og som menneske.
