Vi hakker surdejsboller ud fra en allerede fermenteret dej.
Vi taler om fermentering og sundhed.
At spise fødevarer som er økologiske og fordøjelige for vores maver og velvære.
I får en klat surdej og en opskrift med hjem til fortsat fordybelse og flow i mel og bageproces.
