Den unge, finske performance-kunstner Samira Elagoz poster et åbent casting-call på Craigslist, der som en blanding af Facebook og Den Blå Avis er et parallelt univers, hvor alle kan udleve deres egen forestilling om dem selv - og gør det. Hvert møde er et socialt eksperiment, som Samira dokumenterer (og iscenesætter) på egne præmisser. Internettet er et socialt laboratorium, og 'Craigslist Allstars' giver det en filmisk form, som er dikteret af eksperimentet selv. Med andre ord, et ultra-kontemporært bud på en dokumentarfilm efter internettet, hvor intimitet og performance smelter sammen i en vild og uregerlig hybrid.
