Skal du ud at lave tri eller svømme Open Water til sommer og skal du derfor have lært at svømme crawl?
Eller du kan allerede svømme crawl og vil gerne blive bedre?
I begge tilfælde er her et kursus for dig
Du vil på kurserne:
– blive tryg med vandet
– lære crawl fra grunden (også godt for de som allerede kan svømme)
– forstå hvordan crawl er bygget op
– få værktøjer til at arbejde videre.
– få video feed back
– lære om forskellen på bassin svømning og Open Water.
Kurset laves i samarbejde med Ninjas Tri og kan derfor udbydes til en rigtig godt pris.
Men vær hurtig - der er kun 14 pladser på dette kursus.
Alle undervisninger er torsdag aften kl 20.45-21.30 i Værløse Svømmehal. (og du kan svømme videre til kl 21.45)
