I følge Gary Chapman kan vi tale 5 forskellige kærlighedssprog.
Det ene lidt mere end de andre - vi taler dem alle - men der er et primært som gør at vi virkelig føler os elsket.
Denne aften vil handle om disse 5 kærlighedssprog samt om selvværd og selvtillid.
Der er forskel på at have et stort selvtillid og et stort selvværd - kom og hør hvordan det har styrket mig at arbejde med mit selvværd.
Alle sprogene vil blive gennemgået samt vil der komme mange eksempler på, hvordan du fylder dig selv og din partner/børn og andre op.
Det vendte op og ned på mit liv da jeg blev bevist om disse sprog - gjorde mit liv meget nemmere og ikke mindst kan jeg nu fylde mig selv op. Det har samtidig hjulpet på mit selvværd - som ikke altid har været så godt, som det er nu.
