Dansk Teater fylder 300 år. Og det første stykke, der blev skrevet på dansk var en komedie af Holberg.
Det har sat sit præg på den danske teatertradition. Hvor humoren, satiren og latteren altid har stået stærkt. Faktisk er den eneste teatergenre danskerne bryster sig af at have opfundet helt selv også den danske revy.
Museumsinspektør Rikke Rottensten fortæller i aftenens foredrag om revyens og satirens teaterhistorie. Om hvordan latteren har udfordret magten, samfundet og borgerne. Har skubbet til vores grænser, plejet vores fordomme og måske givet os en større selvindsigt.
Der kommer stadig nye revyer til. Standup shows trækker tusindvis af publikummere til over hele landet. TV og radiosatiren sætter dagsordener. Men er det en grundlovssikret ret at kunne grine af det hele? Eller er den danske humor under pres i disse år?
Billetten inkluderer et glas vin samt entré til museets udstillinger samme dag.
Medlemmer af Historisk-topografisk Selskab for Frederiksberg har fri entré til foredraget, dog skal der bestilles billet for at reservere en plads.
