Den feminine vej er intuitiv, legende, undersøgende og med fokus på indre transformation som grundlag for al ydre manifestation.
Ved hjælp af øvelser og værktøjer understøttes den feminine vej, mod at træde ind i en udvidet og mere autentisk udgave af dig selv.
På workshoppen vil vi arbejde med:
- At kontakte, stå i og udtrykke vores kraft.
- At åbne for hjertets intelligens og kreativitet.
- At forbinde os til de ressourcer, vi altid har til rådighed.
- At træde frem og skinne vores lys for andre.
- Stemmen som værktøj til autencitet.
- Bevægelsen som værktøj for tranformation.
Det Feminine Forvandlingsrum er skabt af Lydterapeut Catharina Messell og Sexolog -og parterapeut Sara Leanda. De har begge arbejdet med i det terapeutiske og skabende felt, med mennesker i mange år. Nu er de gået sammen, med alt det bedste fra begge deres værktøjskasser, med deres fælles passion for, at bistå det feminine i blomstring.
Det Feminine Forvandlingsrum er både en skole, såvel som et netværk og fællesskab for kvinder.
