DM i amatør cider er en unik mulighed for at smage, hvad der sker på den danske ciderscene, og for at lære noget mere om cider.
Ciderbølgen skyller ind over landet for tiden. Mange nye producenter skyder op, og flere entusiaster har kastet sig over den ædle kunst at fremstille cider.
Overvejer du at begynde at lave lidt cider? Eller har du lyst til at smage, hvad andre kan få ud af gæret æblemost? Så er DM I amatørcider måske noget for dig. I år holdes der for første gang DM i amatør cider. Arrangementet går ud på at udbrede kendskabet til, hvordan man laver rigtig cider. Det er en unik mulighed for at smage på en masse forskellig cider, og samtidig lære noget mere om, hvordan cider laves, hvilke æbler giver hvilken smag, osv.
Du vil få mulighed for at smage på ca. otte danske amatør ciderproducenter, som det ellers ikke er muligt at smage på. Alle producenterne laver deres cider på ren most, og der er ingen, der er godkendt af fødevarestyrelsen. Der er således ingen af ciderne, der kan købes i butikker. Samtidig får du muligheden for at være med til at kåre, hvilken ciderproducent, du synes er årets amatørcider i 2018 og støtte op om udbredelsen af hjemmebryg.
Da der er tale om amatørproducenterne, er det begrænset hvor store produktionerne er. Derfor vil antallet af billetter være yderst begrænset.

The approval of refunds is entirely at the event organiser’s discretion, and you should get in contact with the event organiser to discuss what options are available to you.
