Comedy Zoo er Danmarks største - og første - comedy klub.

Comedy Zoo åbnede for første gang dørene i Boltens Gård i indre København i 1993.
I 1998 flyttede klubben ned i de gamle stræder, og overtog den gamle art house-biograf Delta Bio’s lokaler, og siden har Comedy Zoo holdt til i Kompagnistræde 19.
I 2023 udvidede Comedy Zoo med en ekstra scene: Undergrunden.
Scenen ligger lige ved siden af Comedy Zoo på Kompagnistræde 17.
Undergrunden er en lille, intim scene med plads til 40 gæster. Her kan man komme rigtig tæt på komikerne og opleve stand-up på en helt speciel måde.
Comedy Zoo er ejet af komikerne Michael Schøt, Torben Chris og Anders Fjelsted samt fotograf, Andreas Martin Andersen og stedets adm. direktør, Martin Bo Andersen.
