Søndagsyoga hos Mødestedet/ SinasYoga
Vi mødes hver anden søndag i ulige uger og dyrker et lækkert flow bestående af:
Solhilsner, der styrker kroppens store muskelgrupper og får pulsen op. Vi kombinerer med rolige stræk, der blødgør stive muskler og led, samt åndedrætsøvelser og guidet afspænding, der beroliger nervesystemet.
Niveauet er for alle, der har lyst til at bevæge kroppen - dog kræver det en vis form for mobilitet. Holdet er lille og er på drop in basis - så du kan deltage, når det passer dig og ikke behøver at være med hver gang.
Holdet er for BÅDE kvinder og mænd.

Praktisk info
Klippekort er ikke personlige og kan deles imellem flere. Dit køb gælder alle yogaklasser, da det er på drop in basis.
Der er mulighed for at klæde om samt let parkering lige ved døren. Dejlige, nyrenoverede lokaler.
