Dansk Vægtløftnings-Forbund og Løfteriet tilbyder nu denne enestående chance for at få praktisk indblik og træning i olympisk vægtløftning. Seminaret henvender sig til atleter på begynder- og mellemniveau. På baggrund af tilmeldingerne vil deltager blive sat samme i grupper med nogenlunde samme forudsætninger.
Der udbydes max. 30 pladser til dette seminar hvor deltagerne kommer under kærlig behandling af nogle af Danmarks bedste instruktører og udøvere af olympisk vægtløftning. Eventuelt overskud går ubeskåret til Dansk Vægtløftnings-Forbunds OL-Bruttotrup.
Instruktører er bla. hele DVFs OL-bruttotrup:
Katrine Bruhn, Dansk mester og dansk rekordholder i 53 kilo klassen
Amalie Løvind, Dansk mester og dansk rekordholder i 58 kilo klassen
Tim Kring, Nordisk mester, dansk mester og dansk rekordholder i 77 kilo klassen
Omed Alam, Dansk mester i 85 kilo klassen
Anders Bendix Nielsen. Landsholdstræner og personlig træner for Tim Kring
Afhængigt af deltagerantal suppleres med landsholdstrænere og -løftere. Det tilstræbes at der bliver 4-5 deltagere pr instruktør.
Pris: 700 kr, inkl. deltagerbevis og 6 ugers VL-træningsprogram.
