Det mexicanske dansekompagni El Circo ContemporáNEO danza multidisciplinaria, kommer til Københaven med danseren og koreografen Emilie Lund
. De opfører en forestilling bestående af tre værker.Forestillingen varer ca. 50 min. i alt med de tre værker "Dos Pasos", "3 seconds before the minute" og "Black Bridge".
Hovedforestillingen "Dos Pasos "(12 min.), skabt af Mauricio Nava, er vinder af National Dance Award, Guillermo Arriaga 2014. Værket er moderne danseteater, der bygger på en konceptuel kompleksitet udstillet i sin sceniske enkelhed. Med LED-lamper, formår danserne at gøre værket fantasifyldt og underholdende. Værket omhandler ensomhed fra et vekslende perspektiv- objektivitet og subjektivitet. Koreografien er af kritikere blevet sammenlignet med litteraten Julio Cortazar’s, litterære skriveform.
"3 seconds before the minute" (12 min.) skabt af Mauricio Nava arbejder med tiden. Danmark og Mexico har et meget forskelligt forhold til tiden. Værket omhandler det konstante, det permanente og det uendelige ved tid, som passerer imellem os, uden for os og inden i os.
Forestillingen "Black Bridge" (17 min.) koreograferet af Emilie Lund handler om geografiske grænsers menneskelige konsekvenser. Der arbejdes med to typer grænser, de synlige og de usynlige. Værket vil efter turen i Danmark blive videreudviklet inspireret af researcharbejdet i Danmark.
