Igen i denne sæson kan Fuglsang Musikforening præsentere et verdensnavn, Emerson String Quartet. Emerson-kvartetten blev grundlagt for 40 år siden i New York og har siden da været anset for at være en af de allerbedste i verden. Kvartetten har spillet på alle de store scener verden over og har indspillet stribevis af CD’er, for Deutsche Grammophon alene mere end 50. Programmet indeholder musik af Haydn, Webern og Beethoven
