    Er du stresset på studiet? Frygt ej!

    Nu hvor studiet for alvor er igang igen, kan vi vel alle mærke det? Sommerens rolige og afslappende atmosfære er ved at forlade kroppen, og presset fra studiet melder sig igen.

    Derfor er Hills studenterrepræsentanter gået sammen med VMF event for at hjælpe dig!

    Vi har i fællesskab arrangeret et foredrag med stresscoachen Thomas Milsted, som vil komme og snakke om stress og trivsel, og hvordan man kan håndtere studiestress - iblandet en god portion humor.
    Foredraget vil varer et par timer, hvor imellem der bliver en pause. Vi har sørget for sandwich og en nem og tilgængelig lokation. 

    Eventet vil finde sted den 20/11 kl 17.00 på Frederiksberg campus i lokale 3.01.
