Vi tager den klassiske BIKINI BOOTCAMP til at nyt niveau de kommende 8 uger! Efter den hyggelige juletid, kan det være tiltrængt at få et spark bagi og komme godt fra start ind i det nye år. Kulde og sne skal ikke være en hindring, dette forløb kan foregå ude i den friske luft, såvel som indenfor og er for alle der ønsker motion på en sjov og anderledes måde.
På de 8 uger vil du få følgende:
- 1 x 1,5 times træning om ugen sammen med et mega motiveret hold på max 12 kvinder
- 1 x kostprogram i alle 8 uger
- 1 x træningsprogram i alle 8 uger
- Mål + vejning hver 14. dag
- Lukket facebook forum - til spørgsmål, motivering og deling af oplevelserne alle 8 uger
