Du kan ikke tale dig ud af din stress og dine traumer! Din hjerne er ganske enkelt ikke i stand til at bearbejde forskellige terapiformer optimalt, så længe streshormonerne er den styrende faktor.
Hjernen ændrer sig, kemisk og strukturelt, grundet stresshormonernes rasen!
For at få optimalt ud af et terapiforløb, er det alfa & omega, at dine stresshormoner først og fremmest er neutraliseret, således, at hjernen ikke skades yderligere.
Derudover skal de øvrige neurokemikalier i hjernen i balance, således at kommunikationsvejene genåbnes, reetableres og/eller nye dannes.

Hanne Stigaard, Director of international Expansion at Horseback Miracles, er denne aften til stede, og vil fortælle mere om Horseback Miracles.
Du vil høre om Horseback Miracles, som er NØGLEN til et optimalt PTSD, Stress og Traume behandlingsforløb. Horseback Miracles er et helt nyt tiltag i Europa, som Helle tog til Danmark i sommeren 2017.
Horseback Miracles adskiller sig fra andre terapiformer med hest. Du vil denne aften finde ud af hvorfor.
Derudover, vil du kort blive præsenteret for de behandlingsformer Helle bruger i terapiforløbet efter en Horseback Miracles Session. Det er nemlig her hjernen er allermest modtagelig for terapi.
Aftenen vil være delt op, hvor der i pausen vil blive serveret kaffe/te og snacks.
