3 timers teori og praktik.
Du får alle øvelser gennemgået og afprøvet. Du får individuelle rettelser og variationer.
Du går hjem med et komplet træningsprogram med progresioner til fremtidig træning.
Du skal være iført træningstøj. Du skal have spist og drukket godt hjemmefra.
