Vi nærmer os med hastige skridt Facilitatortræf 2017 som afvikles d. 25. august 2017 i på Nørrebro i København. Det er NU du kan tilmelde dig!
Årets tema ”Opdagelsesrejsen"
Årets tema handler om at tage en rejse ind i det ukendte, hvor destinationen og rejseformen er ukendt. Ønsket for den ukendte rejse er, at alle deltagere både bidrager til og oplever en spændende dag, hvor rejsens forskellige destinationer skaber nye indsigter og relationer.
Lad det ukendte være stedet hvor vi mødes og ikke ved, hvad der sker. Hvad sker der f.eks. med vores relationer, når vi går det ukendte i møde? Hvilke refleksioner får vi efterfølgende, som vi ikke vidste, vi skulle have. Og hvilke resultater giver det at arbejde ”modigt” i det der pludselig opstår? – Og hvad betyder det både for vores rolle som facilitator og som deltager?
Rejsen
Du vil efter morgenmaden komme i en gruppe af 8-12 rejsekammerater. I skal ”rejse” igennem 4 rum (destinationer) og hvert rum bidrager med hver sine ukendte oplevelser indenfor faciliteringens mangfoldige verden.
