Vi tror på, at den bedste måde at komme hinanden ved, er at spise et godt måltid sammen. For at fejre åbningen af City Link Festival afholder vi en stor udendørs (medmindre det står ned i stænger - så går vi indenfor) fællesmiddag for alle sydhavnere og hele City Links netværk, som spænder over fire byer i Europa: København, Istanbul, Edinburgh og Hamborg. Området omkring Karens Minde vil huse forskellige installationer lavet af Better Block og Urban Matters Hub. Installationerne er til for, at du kan udforske dem!

MENU:
Forret: Pølse med parmesan, serranoskinke, solmodne tomater i olie/krydderier, artiskok, ost fra Vesterhavet, estragoncreme og ristet rugbrøds snacks.
Hovedret: Paella med kylling, chorizo, rejer og blåmuslinger.
Dessert: Rabarber/hindbær trifli med mascarponecreme.

We believe that there’s no better way to get to know each other than sharing food in good company. To celebrate the opening of the City Link Festival we are hosting an evening of dinner and music at Karens Minde Kulturhus. Here you will meet people from the City Link network across the four cities of Copenhagen, Istanbul, Edinburgh and Hamburg and hear about the festival programme happening across Sydhavn. The gardens will feature site specific installations by Better Block and Urban Matters Hub for you to visit and explore. The evening will be rounded off by live music in the pavilion.
About the organisation
Karens Minde Kulturhus is a cultural oasis in Sydhavn, Copenhagen. A gathering place for the local residents and the rest of the city. The culture House accommodates a wide range of other actors, such as Sydhavnens Library, SydhavnsTeater, Børnekulturstedet and many more. Karens Minde is one of the few houses of culture in Copenhagen controlled by a cultural association. The Association's aim is to drive the culture of Karens Minde as well as ensure that it will be the setting for more versatile cultural and leisure offerings in the neighborhood.
