Kære venner,
Vi byder endnu engang på fællesspisning og hygge i caféen. Igen skal vi have en lækker to-retters menu, denne gang med ægte efterårstema. Vi står for en plantebaseret og økologisk menu med årstidens grønt. Kokkene får lov at lege lidt mere i køkkenet end normalt. Maden vil være lavet med kærlighed og vi vil som sædvanligt bestræbe os på at kvaliteten og smagsoplevelsen skal være i top. Der vil være gode tilbud i baren og vi forventer endnu en hyggelig og uformel aften sammen med jer. Vi glæder os allerede!
Menu: svamperisotto med squash og porre, bruschetta med bagt butternutsquash, spidskålssalat med fennikel og pære, surdejsbrød og kryddersmør. Til dessert skal vi have græskartærte med karamel, glaserede nødder og vaniljecreme.
