    Description

A CHILLING WORK ON FASCISM, MIND CONTROL AND THE WAR FOR TRUTH.

The Thursday Group’s immersive play Falling Heads, all the way from Melbourne, Australia:

Estranged twins, Tomasz and Steph find themselves on opposite sides of two warring tribes. One fights for the supremacy of mind over body, the other defends the sovereignty of the senses.… to the death.Falling Heads examines history mistold as a tool of the state. Does anyone really win when truth is the cost?

In a Brecht/Poor Theatre style, this work blends a cappella, psycho-physical theatre and sculptural battlefield reportage to explore contemporary themes such as fake news, authoritarian ideology, and the split between mind and body.
