Tag på rumrejse med yoganauten.
En yogatime for både børn og voksne med rummet som tema. Vi kravler ind i vores rumskib og så er det ellers bare afsted! På en rejse rundt i solsystemet bevæger vi os gennem forskellige yoga stillinger. Bare rolig - vi lander trygt på planeten Jorden til slut.
Familieyoga er en sjov og uformel time, hvor vi laver yoga gennem leg og historiefortælling. Vi slutter timen af med en dejlig rolig drømmerejse.
Undervisningen kræver ingen forudsætninger – alle er velkomne.
Ginnie Goltermann er uddannet yogalærer i Indien, og har undervist børn og voksne i mange år.
Billetpris: 40 kr. pr. styk
Der er gratis adgang til værkstedet samme dag, hvis du har en billet til familieyoga.
Børn skal være ifølge med en voksen.
