Kom til en festlig finissage og oplev Hesten & Magten inden den lukker. Vi fejrer Hestens år og holder en finissage tirsdag den 10.december kl.18-20.00, hvor inviterede forskere, forfattere og kunstnere dykker ned i hestens rolle som magtsymbol.
Professor Mathias Danbolt og forsker Amalie Skovmøller vil tale om rytterstatuen og dens rolle og position i det offentlige rum i Danmark med afsæt i deres forskningsprojekt ‘Moving Monuments’. Herefter følger en samtale og screening med kunstner Signe Johannessen modereret af Maria Kjær Themsen (denne del foregår på engelsk).
Praktisk information:
Samtalerne og screening foregår i Herskabsstalden, hvor der også vises værker og i Kunsthallen. For dårligt gående kan der parkeres ved Hovedbygningen. Arrangementet er gratis og der er pop up café med forfriskninger.
