Fit Camp handler om effektiv og sjov motion i fællesskab med andre og om at skabe resultater.
Fit Camp er for alle, der ønsker at komme i bedre form, sænke fedtprocent og/eller opbygge muskelmasse. Vi fokuserer ikke kun på motion; men også på at justere vaner og adfærd for at opnå de bedste resultater. Sommer Fit Camp indeholder 5 træningsaftner, 2 bodyscanninger, ernæringsvejledning, afslutningsfest og præmier til de flotteste resultater.
Alle, uanset alder og fysik, kan deltage. Typisk aldersfordeling er 20-65 år. Træning foregår med egen kropsvægt og udendørs (tag tøj på efter vejret). Træningspas kører på tid, så alle bliver maksimalt udfordret; men du bestemmer selv intensitet. Hver Fit Camp træning slutter med lidt citater til hjerne og mindset, samt et fælles billede, hvor vi anerkender hinandens indsats.
Det er sjovere og mere effektivt at starte motion og ændre livsstil sammen med en ven eller et familiemedlem. Hvem vil du gerne udfordre???

I have not received my Fit Camp Hammel ticket via email. What should I do?
The first thing to do is check your spam/junk filters and inboxes. Your Fit Camp Hammel tickets were sent as an attachment and can be thought of as spam by some email services. Alternatively, you can always find your Fit Camp Hammel tickets in your Billetto account that you can access in the browsers or the dedicated Billetto app. For more help with this, read here.

The approval of refunds is entirely at the event organiser’s discretion, and you should get in contact with the event organiser to discuss what options are available to you.
