Du kan stille op i- Herre A-række
- Herre B-række
- Dame række A-niveau
- Dame række B-niveau
Krav til A-rækken:
A-rækken er for dem der har dyrket crossfit i noget tid, og som har styr på at udføre alle øvelser korrekt, eller som måske har stillet op i konkurrencer før. For at stille op i A-rækken kræves det at man, (udover basisøvelserne) kan udføre de lidt mere styrkekrævende og teknisk svære øvelser, såsom Handstand Push up, toe-to-bar, pistol squats, bar-muscle-up etc.
Krav til B-rækken:
B-rækken er for ALLE, uanset fysiske form, og uanset hvor længe du har dyrket crossfit/funktionel træning - hvad enten du lige er begyndt, eller har dyrket det i flere år. B-rækken er for dig som måske ikke har deltaget i konkurrencer før, og/eller som måske ikke helt har knækket koden til alle øvelser endnu. B-rækken kræver et kendskab til basisøvelserne; clean, dødløft, squat, thruster, boxjump, wallball, burpee, KB-swing etc..

Praktiske Informationer
Der vil være mulighed for at købe mad og drikke under hele konkurrencen.
Der er også mulighed for omklædning og bad i Karosseriet.
Når dagen nærmer sig, vil der blive sendt en infomail ud til alle deltagere
Tilskuere er meget velkomne, og konkurrencen kan på dagen også følges på Facebook.
