Kære Mama!
Jeg inviterer dig til et åbent og hjertevarmt Flow-Yoga-forløb for dig, hvor din baby er velkommen.
Via fysiske øvelser og afspænding, møder vi den ny krop kærligt og tålmodigt ovenpå den kæmpe transformation den netop har gennemgået.
Stilen er legende og dynamisk, og jeg lover at du vil kunne mærke kroppen dagen efter!
Jeg ønsker at skabe et trygt og åbent rum, hvor der er plads til at dele og danne relationer med andre yoga-glade mødre, og møder dig der hvor du er.
Du kan begynde nogle uger efter fødselen/når du føler dig klar, og er velkommen indtil din baby kravler.
Har du fået kejsersnit, må du gerne melde det til mig på forhånd:)
Hvor: Det røde fælleshus ved Skademosegaard.
Hvornår: Onsdage 11.30-13.00 - 4.april-25.april
Der er måtter og tæpper.
Barnevogne kan stå i ro i haven, og der er rum til at gå afsides indendørs hvis der er behov for det.
Der er plads til max 8, og holdet oprettes ved min. 4 deltagere.
