Tag på en gastronomisk opdagelsesrejse med kokken Nikolaj Kirk.
På to timer tager kokken Nikolaj Kirk os med til nogen af verdens fjerneste stammer og naturfolk. Vi hører om jagt, køkkenteknikker og igennem billeder og fortællinger fra rejserne, kommer vi helt derud, hvor maden stammer fra og hører om de eventyr, som er forbundet med dette. Tag med på jagt på flyvemyrer eller slagtning af ko hos Dinka-stammen i verdens yngste land Sydsudan. Eller mød hovedjægerne på Borneo og hør om pusterørsjagt på korthalede makak-aber.
Der er mulighed for at spise med på højskolen inden foredraget fra kl. 18.30 i højskolens smukke spisestue.
Folkekøkken og foredrag kl. 18.30: 200 kr.
Foredrag alene kl. 19.30: 125 kr.
