Tjen penge på dit byggeaffald
Et cirkulært hus kan skilles ad og genbruges. Det gavner både pengepungen og miljøet.
Byggebranchen står for en stor del af klodens affald. I Danmark udgør branchens affald 35% af den samlede mængde. Samtidig stiger prisen på materialer som stål, træ og sand, fordi jordens ressourcer ikke kan følge med efterspørgslen. Hvis alle på kloden forbruger, som vi gør i Danmark, ville vi have brug for 3,5 kloder. Middelklassen og forbruget vokser globalt, og gør omstillingen til cirkulær økonomi tvingende nødvendig. Af hensyn til både miljøet og pengepungen.
Men hvad skal der til for at omstille dansk byggeri til cirkulær økonomi? Hvordan får vi flere arkitekter, entreprenører og bygherrer til at opføre cirkulære huse, der kan skilles ad og genbruges i andre byggerier? Og hvem har ansvaret for, at det sker? Projekt CIRCLE HOUSE har indsamlet bud på 101 handlinger, der kan drive udviklingen frem. Handlingerne lanceres i Dansk Arkitektur Center, hvor diskussionen vil handle om, HVEM der bør gøre hvad for at sikre omstillingen.
