Musikkritiker Anna Ullman fra Weekendavisen og musikkyndig Mads Hendrich vil tale om, hvorfor folkevisen er interessant litterært og musikalsk. Under den uformelle samtale vil de spille eksempler på, hvordan folkevisens bloddryppende, grumme, eventyrlige og gribende skæbnefortællinger lever videre i moderne gevandter hos fx beatgenerationen, på metalscenen og inden for både syrerock og electronica.
