Som forældre med børn i dagtilbud eller skole i Egedal kommune inviteres du til et spændende foredrag, som giver dig helt konkrete bud på, hvordan du bedst støtter op om dit barn.
www.robusthed.dk Robusthedsprogrammet er i helt almindeligt hverdagssprog.
Robusthed handler om at blive god til at klare udfordringer i livet, især når det er svært – individuelt og kollektivt.
På et 2 timers introforedrag vil du blive introduceret til hvordan vi forstår, og arbejder med begrebet ro-busthed. Endvidere vil du blive introduceret til de centrale begreber vi arbejder med og få en masse konkret viden om:
- Hvordan tænkehjernen og hjernens alarmcentral påvirker hinanden, og hvorfor dette er relevant viden, i forhold til at møde de udfordringer vi står over for i hverdagen.
- Passende udfordringer, hvordan man inspirerer, motiverer og understøtter børn og unges evne til at opnå de mål de sætter sig.
Da der er et begrænset antal pladser (250) går billetterne efter først til mølle princippet
