Det er muligt at bryde ud af de negative mønstre!
Vi ser på hvilke situationer som skaber konflikter mellem dig og dit barn. Du får redskaber til at få dit barn ”talt ned” i en konflikt. Vi ser på hvor dine grænser er, og på hvordan du kan holde fast i dem samtidig med at du accepterer dit barns følelser.
Forældrekurset består af 4 lektioner á 2,5 times varighed med 14 dages mellemrum.
