Glæd dig til 2 timers Yin Yoga med Lotte Aagaard og Helle Lehmann, hvor der er god tid til at ligge længe i strækkene. Der er også god tid til pauser i mellem strækkene, så effekten kan brede sig.
Temaet er forår, og du vil møde stræk, der renser både krop og sind. Efter de 2 timer vil du føle dig renset og klar til at gå sommeren i møde med fornyet energi og ro.
Så har du lige brug for en sidste indre forårsrengøring, inden sommeren starter, så er det her du skal være med.
Workshoppen er for alle. Du behøver ikke at have dyrket yoga før, du behøver ikke at være smidig. Med 2 undervisere er der god tid til at hjælpe hver enkelt tilrette.
