Groove er verdens nemmeste dans, og alle kan være med. Om du er høj, lav, tyk, tynd eller midt imellem har ingen betydning. Om du er en erfaren danser eller nybegynder har heller ingen betydning. Det vigtigste er, at du har lyst til at bevæge dig, få sved på panden og have det sjovt.
Jeg guider dig gennem dansen med nogle meget enkle trin, hvor det er stort set umuligt at lave fejl. Musikken varierer indenfor stort set alle genrer. Fra soul, jazz, funk, disko til klassisk og meditationsmusik. Vi starter med en stille opvarmning og bygger gradvist op til den helt store fest, og afslutter med en stille meditation.
Tag din veninde, søster eller mor under armen og vær med til at feste, og én gang for alle få Groovedans til Gladsaxe.
Vi danser i bare tæer, løst tøj eller træningstøj.

I have not received my Forbudte trin ticket via email. What should I do?
The first thing to do is check your spam/junk filters and inboxes. Your Forbudte trin tickets were sent as an attachment and can be thought of as spam by some email services. Alternatively, you can always find your Forbudte trin tickets in your Billetto account that you can access in the browsers or the dedicated Billetto app. For more help with this, read here.

I wish to cancel my Forbudte trin ticket and receive a refund. What should I do?
The approval of refunds is entirely at the event organiser’s discretion, and you should get in contact with the event organiser to discuss what options are available to you.
