Dette er en aften, hvor jeg inviterer til smil, grin og tårer. Det er en aften, hvor der er fokus på bevægelse, åndedræt og personlige fortællinger. Du vil blive inviteret ind i min verden, og få indblik i, hvordan min rejse har været. Foredraget handler om min rejse fra patient til psykolog. Du vil få indblik i et liv der igennem mange år var præget af spiseforstyrrelser og begrænsninger. Et liv der var styret af selvhad, følelsen af ikke at være god nok og frygt for ikke at være elsket. Jeg vil fortælle om, hvordan jeg i mit eget liv har brugt forskellige metoder til at nå hen til et liv med mere frihed, mod, handlekraft og kærlighed både til mig selv og til andre. Vi skal være i Sofias Hus på Frederiksberg. Billetter kan også reserveres ved at skrive til miemy@miemy.dk. Alternativt kan de købes i døren, såfremt der er flere pladser tilbage. Jeg glæder mig til at dele aftenen med dig.
