Tilsat en velvoksen portion løbeglæde er det opskriften, når Berit Jessen bevæger sig ud på mindre kendte løberuter – og gerne lang tid af gangen. I Aarhusklinikken har vi inviteret et par af ’vores’ idrætsudøvere til at dele ud af deres erfaringer, motivationsteknikker og oplevelser med idræt på højt niveau – i aften gælder det Berits eventyr i en tysk betonbunker, opfindelsen af Hindbærsnitteløbet og en tur tværs over Sydkorea.
Berit vil komme ind på maraton med 7.000 trappetrin i en tysk betonbunker, 48 timers løb i rundkreds på en 540 meter indendørs bane i Norge og den enorme livsglæde, der er forbundet med hendes aktive liv. Vi håber at se mange af jer til en hyggelig aften – men vi har kun plads til 30 gæster.
