En af verdens store udfordringer i forhold til klimaet og de allestedsnærværende klimaforandringer er fødevareproduktionen. Vores mad står faktisk for ca. 16% af verdens samlede CO2-udledning og det er, overraskende nok, mere end hvad hele verdens transportsektor udleder! Det er derfor bydende nødvendigt, at vi kigger nærmere på maden i et klimamæssigt perspektiv, hvis de fremtidige generationer skal have mulighed for at leve i en verden tilnærmelsesvis som vi selv kender den.
Vi byder på et spændende foredrag, som løfter sløret for klimaproblematikkerne omkring Danmarks og verdens fødevareproduktion. Samtidig spiser vi et sundt og smagsfuldt 100% plantebaseret, klimavenligt måltid mad - vi kalder det Klimad.
Hvis du har interesse i at lære, hvordan du som person kan gøre mere for at reducere dit personlige klima-aftryk gennem maden, må du ikke gå glip af dette arrangement!
