Mathilde Lusty Sørensen, elev på Søstjerneskolen og indehaver af bloggen Mit liv med angst og autisme, vil sammen med psykolog Kirsten Callesen fortælle om, hvordan hun har overkommet sine mange år med invaliderende angst, som i nogle perioder har haft en dramatisk indflydelse på hendes liv.
Mathilde har sammen med sin familie kæmpet sig vejen ud af angsten, og har gjort sig mange tanker om, hvordan hun kan hjælpe og inspirere andre til at overkomme svære perioder. Mathilde ønsker at dele af sine erfaringer og være med til at gøre en forskel for andre, som er udfordret af angst i hverdagen.
