Hele forløbet tager i alt 6 uger. Uge 1 er introsamtale og body scanning.
Vi mødes hver mandag hvor der er der Kostvejledning den ene gang og body scanning den anden gang.
30 dage hvor holdet følger forløbet sammen med deres coach: Man får en næringsrig morgenshake fra Herbalife Nutrition, måltids- og snackideer og personlig kalorie- og proteinplan.
Både i Facebookgruppen og når vi mødes undervejs får du masser af inspiration, motivation og positiv konkurrence.
Dine resultater måles mod de øvrige challenge-deltagere.
Du skal selv betale for det, du spiser. Sidste uge er slutscanning og uddeling af diplomer og præmier.
Præmier til bedste fedttabs kategori og all around kategori.
Introtilbudet på kr. 50,- dækker udgifter til diplomer og præmier.
