FRANK LAURIDSEN TRIBUTE KONCERT
En af Danmarks absolut største stemmer forstummede den 8. november 2016.
Frank Lauridsen var et ikon i dansk musikhistorie. I 1966 indspillede han Danmarks første soulplade "Hold on I’m Comin’” med The Baronets. Senere spillede Frank med Peter Belli, og han afløste Allan Mortensen i det legendariske rockband Midnight Sun. Desuden medvirkede han i den danske opsætning af musicalen "Hair".
The Franks var hans orkester i 80’erne - og efter mange års tilløb udgav han i 2014 sin første soloplade ”How it feels to be Frank”.
Omdrejningspunktet for Tribute koncerten vil være Frank Lauridsens faste band gennem flere år: Frede Christensen (trommer), Allan Bo Larsen (guitar), Casper Nyrop Ludvigsen (bas) og Lasse Storgaard (keys), der sammen med bl.a. musikere fra Franks tidligere band "The Franks" vil hylde Franks store stemme.
Aftenen vil blive krydret med underholdende anekdoter og historier fra Franks lange karriere som sanger og musiker, og du vil kunne opleve en perlerække af gæstesolister som fx Allan Mortensen, Jens Lysdal, Peter Busborg og Lasse Helner.
Desuden musikere som Lars Krarup, Mads Nørregård, Niller Wischmann, Ole Bendix, Jan Nielsen, Finn Poulsen, Peter Kevin Kofod og Jakob Olsne.
Arrangører og medvirkende stiller op uden honorar, og overskuddet fra billetsalget vil blive doneret til Kræftens Bekæmpelse.

OBS! Der er begrænset plads i Krudttønden, så det er 'først til mølle'. Evt. overskydende billetter sælges i døren.
