//FREDAGSYOGA// er et månedligt yogaevent afholdt hos HéLT og guidet af Louise Lau Justesen fra Sukha Yoga.
Eventet vil tage sit udgangspunkt i at skabe både bevægelse og ro. Bevægelse for kroppen via styrkende og strækkende yogastillinger, som kombineres i et dynamisk flow med vejrtrækningen som den primære guide. Ro fra livets summende planlægning/refleksion med et sigte om at være tilstede i kroppen og arbejde os hen mod en mental pause.
Louise Lau Justesen vil lægge sig i yogaselen for at give dig en rigtig dejlig afslutning på ugens hverdage, så du kan gå til weekenden med en følelse af at være landet i kroppen, have trukket vejret mere bevidst og have et smil på læben!
Du er velkommen selvom du ikke har prøvet yoga før, du vil blive guidet hele vejret igennem. Vær bevidst om, at det er dynamisk yoga og at det er fuldstændig accepteret, at du tager dine timeouts ind i mellem. Yoga handler også om pauser.
//FREDAGSYOGA// begynder kl. 18.30 og afsluttes 21.00, men du er velkommen hos HéLT fra kl. 18.10. Der er mulighed for omklædning (på toiletter) og der findes alt, hvad du har behov for af yogamåtter, props, øjenpuder med lavendelduft osv.
