Kom og hør om en Ph.d. afhandling om de seneste 250 års kortlægning og indsamling af rumlige data om det danske landskab og de historisk-kartografiske kilders relevans for landskabsforskningen. Stig Svenningsen fortæller om den historiske udvikling i kortlægningen af det danske landskab og kortenes muligheder og begrænsninger som historiske kilder til landskabsforskning og planlægning, bl.a. kilder fra Det Kongelige Bibliotek, Rigsarkivet og Geodatastyrelsen.
Hør blandt andet om, hvordan de geografiske kilder til landskabet blev skabt af samfundets behov for geografisk data om militære, økonomiske og miljømæssige forhold, og hvordan vi skal tolke og bruge disse kilder i nutidens landskabsforskning. Se også, en række eksempler på potentialet for at udnytte massedigitalisering af historiske flyfotos og kortmateriale, indenfor landskabsforskning- og planlægning.
Efter mødet er det generalforsamling i DLF.
